Jakob Eilsø, Claus Arvad und Frederik Vedersø sind seit Kindertagen befreundet und begannen irgendwann zusammen in ihrer dänischen Heimat tolle Musik zu schreiben. Zusammen als THE WHITE ALBUM ist das Trio unterwegs und schaut bei uns im NUN vorbei:

The White Album ist ein dänisches Indie-Trio, das schon seit den frühen Zehnerjahren zusammen unterwegs ist. Mit ihren Folkrock- und Pop Songs haben sie sich schon einen Namen auf den Bühnen in Europa gemacht und bereits mehrere Alben veröffentlicht.
Die drei Freunde Jakob Eilsø, Claus Arvad and Frederik Vedersø begannen in ihrer dänischen Heimat gemeinsam Musik zu machen. Nachdem sie in England entdeckt wurden und dort ihre Karriere begannen, waren sie in den letzten Jahren viel im Vereinigten Königreich, in Deutschland, der Schweiz und in Dänemark unterwegs.
Am 23. September dürften wir die drei im NUN begrüßen und freuen uns auf ihre schönen Stimmharmonien, tolle Songs und ihren nordischen Humor.
The White Album is danish indie trio that’s been around since the beginning of the 10’s. Drawing on folk, rock and pop sounds the band has made a name for itself on the stages and in the airwaves of Europe in more than a decade. The band has released several albums on Warner Music and performed generously in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and at home in Denmark. The band is co-led by the three childhood friends, Jakob Eilsø, Claus Arvad and Frederik Vedersø and is known for their beautiful vocal harmonies, some amazing songs and their distinct warm nordic humour.
‘Lighthouse’ is the first in a series of new singles from danish indie-rockers The White Album. Following up on their 2020 release ‘Colorama’, the trio is going DIY yet again with an up-tempo indie pop song, oozing of warmth and summer. The White Album has been around since the beginning of the 10’s and has so far released 4 records to critical acclaim, while touring the UK, Germany, Switzerland and their native Denmark extensively, with their own special blend of beautiful vocal harmonies, amazing songs and a good thick slab of dry nordic humour.
Even though The White Album is a danish band, their career began in England, where the band was discovered by an English management agency. Lots of hype ensued and many concerts were played, among other things, the band were featured on Amazing Radio and played Tramlines and JaJaJa.
The band then decided to focus their energy at home, where the band was signed by Warner Music and released two succesful albums, spawning among others, the streaming hit “Kings and Aces” (+3 mill streams) and a hefty radio rotation. The band has toured Germany and Switzerland extensively and has featured several times on national danish TV.
